“We created the Washington Square Park Music Festival as away to celebrate the musical genius of Ray Charles and Al Jarreau and to provide world-class musicians an opportunity to explore and interpret the musical genius of these legends,” says event producer Matt Dillon. Adding “We are also thrilled to return the festival experience in 2018 into a neighborhood park where locals, students, families and visitors could gather, bring a blanket and enjoy music.”
